Birth & Postpartum Doula Support

Meet Danielle
Danielle is a Licensed Practical Nurse, her specialization is in Pediatrics. Danielle has been caring for developmentally disabled and medically needy children for the last 7 years.
When Danielle became a mother ( girl mom x2) she found a huge lack of direction when it came to birth, there was no preparation or insight offered by her providers or encouragement to prepare. Danielle found she couldn't find the right information on how to exercise while pregnant, when she asked her provider she was told "just keep doing what you're doing", and found what she was doing wasn't working well with her pregnant body. She also found a lack of support in her breastfeeding journey from medical professionals and socially.
When the pandemic hit Danielle decided it was the best time to start serving families. Danielle sought out certifications and continued education programs that provided her with evidence-based information from pregnancy to human lactation support, Danielle has valuable tools and information she lovingly shares with her clients.
Danielle's philosophy includes Nurturing the new parents ( birthing parent & partner) facilitating independence in pregnancy, birth, and parenting.
