My name is Danielle. I am a mother of two little girls. I am married to an amazing man that never ceases to empower me.
My family is the most important thing to me. Being a good role model for my little women is something I am always striving towards.
After having my children I experienced many health problems including being diagnosed with Epilepsy and Fibromyalgia. What I learned from this experience is that focusing on self-care and your personal health as a woman is not selfish.
Self-care is necessary. I have a background in Pediatric Nursing, caring for children with severe disabilities. I've stepped out of the role of nursing into the role of teaching wellness to others; sharing my knowledge with them to empower their lives. As they say " health is wealth" I truly believe that saying.
I don't believe you should have been wealthy to experience special things. Everyone should be able to participate in things like personal training, private yoga classes, and childbirth education. I've adapted my plans with the mantra of 'no woman left behind. My sessions are affordable and flexible to meet your needs.
What to expect: Your 1:1 personal training begins with a consultation. During your consultation we will go over your health history, any "need to knows" such as chronic health conditions, surgeries, injuries, or any physical adaptions you may require. I will ask you to complete a few movements for me. After assessments, we will talk about your goals!
My mission statement: I must add to the health and well-being of all people I serve. Namaste Well is inclusive of every culture, race, color, age, body size, sexual orientation, and abilities.
