Namaste Well Woman LLC is one year old today!!

First I want to thank YOU. A special thank you to every woman and family that has invested in my business so far. It was created with you especially in mind. I hope your experience has been great here. Many of you have shared the value of my services with friends and have expanded my business. I appreciate you all. Starting your own business is not easy and I am still learning so many new things. Thank you for being with me in these early days. I also want to thank my Husband Andres and my children for being patient with me as I stayed up all night creating my website (for days) and studying for all the certifications I obtained this year to better serve my clients.

Don't worry it wasn't all work and no play. A little recap of the fun I had this year. I trained over 12 women virtually over the pandemic with 1:1 sessions. I hosted a Birth and Intention Setting workshop in which I even had pregnant birth workers from Ireland attend. What a treat!

I co-hosted a workshop for mothers with Angela from La Luna Counseling and Wellness of Manasquan NJ along with Christy from The Dish You Well. Our workshop was centered on nutrition, mental health, and physical health postpartum. You can connect with Angela here. and you can find Christy here Christy and Angela are a godsend for mothers, they truly inspire and "mother" the new mom.

I collaborated with Kathleen Jones from ( Spring Nutrition and Wellness) of Allentown on a special winter event wellness event. We encouraged others on the importance of nutrition and physical health at a very tough time of year for many ( the weeks leading up to Christmas). You can check out Kathleen's website here. Kathleen is a partnered Nutritionist here a Namaste Well, she has a background in prenatal nutrition and sports injury prevention, her meal plans and direction are priceless. She sees individuals as they are and makes good nutrition and healthy habits easy with her upbeat and encouraging attitude.

I had the honor of being interviewed by Dr. Janet Antwi from Mother Inspires about the role of a doula. Her page is dedicated to inspiring mothers in their roles. Janet's page truly inspires and keeps "mom life" real, however, unlike other mom pages Janet is dedicated to uplifting moms of all walks of life. There is no mom-shaming on her social. Encouragement only. She's engaging, encouraging, and thought-provoking. Check out her youtube channel here

Namaste Well Woman has changed over the course of a year. I am now only doing one on one personal training sessions with pregnant and postpartum clients, in addition, I have taken on Birth and Postpartum Doula work. If you still want to experience some of my classes you are free to join my Community Barre Class every Saturday morning at 10 am EST, this class is designed for everyone.

I am offering virtual Lamaze Childbirth Education classes and self-paced classes throughout the pandemic. I am working on renting a space in which I can teach and consult with my pregnant clients safely until then we are all virtually meeting on zoom. If you'd like to connect with me for birth education sign up for your class today by checking out my packages page or emailing me at
