Strengthen and tone your entire body with these high-intensity cardio & strength-based circuits. Modifications for low impact available. These classes are for every BODY. Equipment needed for class: free weights any size (necessary), resistance bands, ankle weights, and core sliders. ( not necessary)
To cancel or reschedule 1:1 personal training, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance so that we may accommodate you appropriately. We understand things come up especially for mother's. We do allow a 2 hour cancelation window for emergency situation/ illness . If cancellations occur often in this small time frame 2 or more times the session fee will be taken for inconvenience.
