Service Description

These sessions are designed to build strength and insure a sense of calm. Class is all levels. We invite everyBODY to the mat. class includes yoga, meditation, and breathwork ( including birth prep using influence from Body Ready Method) Class is suitable for pregnancy & postpartum. What you'll need A device to stream class. A yoga mat. A blanket ( small) Yoga block or book. A light set of weights ( optional)

Cancellation Policy

A 2-hour cancelation window for emergency situations/illnesses. If cancellations occur often in this small time frame 2 or more times the session fee will be taken for the inconvenience.
