Join me every Monday evening to set a calm intention for your week. In class, we will practice breath work, intention setting, moon salutations, and a gentle restorative flow. Equipment needed for class: a block if you have one, a blanket, and a mat. - All levels welcome. * If you are new to our studio you must fill out an activity waiver prior to starting class.*
To cancel or reschedule 1:1 personal training, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance so that we may accommodate you appropriately. We understand things come up especially for mother's. We do allow a 2 hour cancelation window for emergency situation/ illness . If cancellations occur often in this small time frame 2 or more times the session fee will be taken for inconvenience.
